Chia Seed Pudding (Vegan)
1/2 cup coconut milk
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Tahitian Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
Combine the ingredients in a jar. Stir or shake vigorously (with the lid on) to combine. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Serve topped with fresh fruit if desired.
